Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a Personal Care Assistant (Non-Medical) to provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes. This role is non-medical, focusing on companionship, assistance with daily activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
   
• Provide mobility support, including transfers and walking assistance
   
• Offer companionship and emotional support
   
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding (as needed)
   
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
   
• Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration)
   
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
   
• Report changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors
   
• Follow individualized care plans and company protocols
   

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field preferred
   
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
   
• Ability to follow instructions and care plans
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
   
• Must be at least 18 years old
   
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
   
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
